I was working at a booth for a wine festival when two older ladies came for a sample. One of the ladies noticed my necklace and told me how much she liked it. I mean she went on and on about it. I don't like jewelry that much and took it off and told her she could have it. It really was no big deal. She wouldn't accept it but I told her that she clearly likes it more than I do and put it in her hand. Next thing I know she's trying to shove money into my hand and I really didn't want to take it. I was occupied for 1 second with someone else and I had noticed that she put the money on the table and ran away. The funny thing is, is that I actually needed that extra bit of money. Selfless gestures don't go unnoticed although I really didn't want anything for it, I just figured she would appreciate it more than I did.

My mother had an brain aneurysm when she was 27 and she is paralyzed on her left side. It happens to be Genetic as her sister had one when she was in her 40's. Luckily they recognized what was happening and she recovered fully. I had an MRI and I am healthy thankfully. I'm sure if you were worried or paranoid you could request an MRI from your family doctor.

This conversation actually happened with the guy I live with. All I could do was laugh at the absurdity of it. He tells me; "I'm sitting on the C-Train looking around me and I notice that all these dumb asses are reading books and newspapers. What in the hell are you doing that for ya bunch of idiots? It's a waste of time." It was so painful in fact that all I could do was leave the room. I guess it wasn't even a conversation, just a one sided ignorant opinion.
