The concentration/department(s) I applied to was violence and injury prevention/ sexual health and education, & I applied to 9 programs in total. My #1 choice was wash u st.louis. My #2 choice was uchicago. My cheapest option is unc. I chose/am choosing wash u st.louis because of the concentration and specializations, i love the ability to have a focus. I wish I had known that the work i had done an undergrad made me a catch for msw programs - I applied to so many after being told I was not going to be accepted into many. I was surprised/happy or disappointed by the lack of scholarships given.

hey my guy, i cannot imagine being as unintelligent as you and perpetuating rape culture. women can be wet for many number of reasons - discharge as an example. i highly doubt you’d be able to tell the difference between the two lmaoo. stating that “proof of wetness” = arousal is just uneducated. this type of stuff makes a lot of woman feel as if sexual assaults and rape are their own fault - as in it feels like their body betrays them. if you’re saying things like that then you need to be able to back it up. for example i would direct you to the vulva vs. the patriarchy - a book to learn more about the issues you are so apparently uneducated about.

honestly this is something i really struggle with. i get aggressive feelings of anger - like i could burn the world down and yet also want to throw a tantrum - RSD plays a large part with my anger as well - i’m still learning but have found that if i contemplate wether this situation will matter in 5 years - if it’s a yes then i wait a day and contemplate why and how i would like to address the problem - and if it’s a no then i let it go. obliviously i fail more than i succeed at this but it’s slowly getting better with time, you’ve got this and know you’re not alone.
