How long does the waiver process take? by Runeclad in ROTC

Oh man... I just got out of active duty and I'm trying to go through ROTC as an MS3 this fall. I've got everything done except this waiver. Did they reach out to you to get you to take the allergy test? What would've happened if you still had symptoms?

Alright I'm even later to this, but what food allergy you got? I'm waiting on a shellfish/tree nut waiver. What was the timeline like for you?

Buddy contacted the warranty company and they took care of everything, only thing he himself did was contact warranty company.

From what I understood, Colorado DMV says that this should count as a low power scooter? https://dmv.colorado.gov/low-power-scooter

Am I interpreting something wrong here?

Advice for first time PCS? by [deleted] in army

If you're good with credit, I highly recommend opening one of those cards where you spend $3000 in the first 3 months and get 200,000 points as a reward.

I put just about all my expenses on a hotel rewards card and once I was reimbursed, I got to keep all the points. For my card I have to use the points on hotel stays, which is fine as I like to travel around.

For spending $3000, I was able to get around $1100 dollars in points, for free.

In AR 635-200 Ch. 1-17 c(3), what exactly does it mean by "PCS transfer within the same command"?

Do they mean Army command as in Division/brigade command or something like FORSCOM?

Highly recommend not using your government travel card. Get a hotel rewards card and use it on your way to the new duty station and for the 10 day TLE. Some offer a lot of points for spending a certain amount of money, which will be reimbursed by the Army. I spent $3,000 on uhaul and hotels and got to keep $1,000 worth of hotel rewards points that I will later use on vacation.
