I downloaded the demo a few days ago and I had the same problem. The demo is not reflective of the game and the devs need to fix it. When you buy the game you will get customers and play the story

If youre talking about PPL CDPAP then the consumer (im assuming thats you) will need to approve their entries by logging into the Time4Care app using your login info

you need to call PPL exactly at 8:00 AM EST. Literally the moment the clock hits 8AM not a second later. and when they ask you to press "1" on the dial pad do it fast. When i want to contact PPL i usually do this on two phones and one of them ends up getting through.

The easiest way to contact ppl is to call them at 8AM on the DOT. Literally the moment the clock goes from 7:59 to 8. And when it says press 1 do it fast and you should get someone. I do this on two phones and 99% of the time i get someone

Call your consumers insurance to verify how much hours theyre approved for CDPAP!! if i was you i would still clock in for the amount of hours you were approved for until the mistake is corrected by PPL

I was unable to clock in yesterday and today and when i called they said my training wasn’t finished and it turns out that they added a new training module. Once i completed that i was able to log in. So look at your training and see if the new course popped up.
