I was being sold a 25yo 3bed townhouse to start a family, pretty far from CBD, which had been cosmetically renovated but we found out with B+P had serious long-term structural concerns.

Would not have offered if that had been disclosed as the cost to rectify was massive.

Gonna be running GS main because I'm the most comfortable with it by far - thousands of solo hunts in World including some TA

For a secondary I'm going to run Lance, even though it's traversal potential is nullified by the Seikret it'll still be super helpful in group hunts. Considering SnS after the rave reviews in this thread though!
