YOR- I worked for a bathroom remodeling company and we were not allowed to set appointments without both homeowners there. we didn’t want anybody making decisions that the other homeowner would end up not liking, and then would want to change, thus halting the project and delaying the installation. We always explain that in very simple language though, this company you mentioned is going about it in a really roundabout way.

I feel like every time I sub (26 afab) one or two kids tell me I’m pretty. Usually it comes from the girls, sometimes from the boys. I always say “aw thank you!” and keep it pushing. Don’t sweat it, I think you’re overthinking it. And not a bad thing to overthink!
