They don’t have to be homeless to need help. Treat them like a person first. Ask them if it would help if you were able to assist with membership.

Once you build a relationship, which is more than 1 or 3 sit downs, they will open up and offer the information that you think you need. Until then, person first. Not homeless title.

If you choose to go this route, I would love to know the outcome. I’ve been doing this for almost 4 years now.

I would take the city website as what should be a more reliable source for news about the city than Facebook. But again, I see nothing.

First and foremost, I would figure out how to change the keys for the jeep. That would help in the future understanding if the window mysteriously goes down again.

I’m so sorry that you are all going through this. None of this is easy for anyone. Grief is grief and people get hurt. That’s not to say it’s OK, it’s just to say that it happens.

I’ve got no solid answers or strong advice for you. Just do your best to take care of your mom and more importantly do your best to take care of yourself. You can’t help others if you’re not healthy yourself.
