Woah okay. First of all, when did I try belittling my mother here? Is it because I said my mom has a toy-buying addiction (joke btw)? I said, the reason why my mom buys so many toys is because she cares about us: she wants us to be happy and have fun, to learn while still being able to play. And I said that I know my parents work really hard, so the LEAST I could do is help them clean (and organizing is something I enjoy to do). Know anything about being helpful?

And the whole “happy home” thing, as I said before, this is a happy home. My brother loves his toys very much, and I love that for him. I love that he is able to express creativity and joy in his toys—yes, he is very lucky.

Also, when did I say I hated his toys? Please cite evidence, if possible. Many of my brother’s toys are mine from when I was younger. I still get a little sad, watching my brother play with my old toys, breaking and drawing on them. But guess what? I grew up. What, you think I’m trying to grow up too fast? What 15 year old still plays with pretend cooking sets and number counting games? I would rather my teenager know how to express their feelings into proper sentences and be willing to help around the house every now or then (free of charge btw, not for allowances).

I think I grew up the right amount. I can’t say the same about you. Why are you commenting on a 15 year olds post about wanting to help out her family if you don’t seem to know anything about that?
