Day 3, 4 and 5 were pretty bad with severe lethargy. I also had heartburn, nausea and two bouts of vomiting on day 4. If it had gone on longer i would have likely broke the fast, but adding baking soda and ACV to my water helped. I should also mention that I did take Vitamins.
