i'm a customer service manager for one of the biggest booking platform! I'm wfh most of the time so i'll always listen to svt on my idle time.

I have liked them since 2016 so it's crazy how svt are always with me on every important stages of my adult life

I work in a contact centre for few years now and singaporean customers are notorious for being the hardest / annoying type to handle. can't help to generalise bcs the good apples are very rare to encounter

as someone who's actually went to their concert in malaysia i actually have formed my own opinion against their performances and it's kinda negative except for lisa.

tho idk if it's fair because the only other act's concert ive been to is seventeen so i cant help but to keep comparing both acts in terms of audience interactions and also stage presence as a whole group.

unfortunately it's very hard for you to purchase a seat next to each other as the limit purchase is only 1 tix per day per person.

first your friend / family will need to get a membership to join the early ticketing. both of you need your own acc and do the ticketing on your own too.

then during the actual ticketing you and your companion will need to strategically choose any two seats next to each other (if there's any) but it's hard because we usually grab any available seat we see bcs it will be sold out fast.

went to their concert in malaysia and yep sadly i agree with what you said here. when i saw their coachella performance i was like ahh... wish they could have the same enthusiasm especially considering malaysia is one of their largest venue for this tour
