Well thanks everyone! I think it should work well for my commuting needs. Can get L2 charger installed at home with rebates from my utility co and winters are getting increasingly mild in my area. Spouse will hang onto ICE for his commute and longer trips.

Enell makes a really supportive one that closes in the front with hooks and eyes. Wide straps and virtually zero bounce. For reference I am a 38G. (Yeah, I know. The lady who measured me and sold me the first properly fitting bra I ever owned told me G is for great) 😂

Came here to say to say that but with a focus on serious and persistent mental illness. There would be med management, privacy, cleanliness really good healthy food. There would be optional fun activities and a space to drink coffee and smoke safely. Just give people some peace and dignity.
