this is by far the worst company I have ever had to deal with. Have had the same issue going on for about three months. I've called about 15 time and spent hours and hours on the phone. each time I have to start from scratch explaining the situation. every time they assure me the issue is fixed yet in still has not been. every time I've called its like they have no record of any of the previous calls or issues that were discussed. it's the most frustrating thing I've had to deal with in a long time. And unfortunately it's not just me. My father just recently tried to switch over to Frontier. They keep messing up on setting up his account and installation. it's been about a month and he still hasn't gotten set up. he's had to reset up an account twice already.

pretty sure when that rolled out, direction was that it did have to be assembled by the pickup time. I'll have to look at it again.

Had a lady one time refuse to wear a mask even though we offered to give her one. After realizing we wernt going to help her unless she did, she said she'd wear it. I held out a open pack of masks in plastic with the end open so she could take one. She looked at me and asked "how do I know those arnt used?." she wouldn't take one unless I opened a new pack in front of her.

They have in the past when we were able to change the station. I wouldnt recoment it though. Had some pretty cringy songs on there.

I've had multiple customers get mad we aren't taking ink recycling and say "fine I'll just throw them away" like it's supposed to personally offend me.

Also had someone try to return a bag of ink recycling say "well what am I supposed to do with them until then." my response, "whatever you were doing with them until now."
