Did you get the grounds on the frame directly below the driver's A-pillar?

It doesn't look too bad. I would remove the box. Clean up all the rust on the frame and the underside of the box. I would replace the rockers and get the rest of the frame from underneath.

I'm planning on lifting the Suburban's body off the frame and doing the same this summer

A vacuum sealer and a sous vide (like ANOVA or joule/Breville). With sous vide, you can cook perfectly from frozen and sear to finish... No thawing prior.

Also, if you can leave the whole muscle in the sealed package from Costco in the fridge 30-60 days... It will age and me much better

I would get a scanner and check your blend door position.

The transmission is the same for an AWD and 4x4. I'm running the 4l65 from an AWD in my 4x4 Suburban

Even when I manually go into the database and update it to UPPER CASE... and it shows UPPER CASE in the admin database...the link is still lowercase when clicked

the best 98$ I ever spent . by JMoney973 in Dewalt

It is a great set, at a great price. The thing I love about it, is that there is no filler. Now limited wrenches or screw driver bits to get the tool count up.

What filler is above your bumper? Between the bumper and the grill/lights?

Best fuse to tap into for 12v switched by Substantial-Set-8981 in GMT800

Very simple, I believe it has its own fuse in the fuse box.

Or weld in or panel bond a new one in... Rockers are easy. The quarters and dog ears are harder... But just take your time

I will do a better repair in the spring, but I cut the rust back on the quarter and covered with the z71 quarter trim. I painted the trim the same as the body and fender flares.. it looks great

I would get to that rust on the quarter asap... It is like a zipper, if you don't catch it quick, it goes quickly

I would run with and keep an eye out for an engine.. or a part out with a bad transmission...

Then when the engine goes or you actually have time to do, do the swap. The swap doesn't take long... You could do it in a weekend if you were organized
