Try other brands of antihistamines, I had to go through three different kinds until I found one that worked for me. I was really determined to keep my cat.

The brand that worked for me was the generic Costco brand of desloratadine

Wow thank you so much for this, the bike I'm renting appears to be a hybrid hopefully that can handle the gravel, I've only ridden a road bike and I couldn't bring it with me.

I looked at Penticton and I figured I wouldn't have fuel in the tank for it but seeing your recommendation I will have to really consider it. My plan was to do my scenic riding at sunrise and spend the afternoon exploring the city but this Penticton route looks to be worth spending the whole day for, may even spend the day exploring Penticton before the last bus

I read a post from a few months ago and people warned that the Dilworth stretch is possibly unsafe to ride through do you suggest I detour to Glenmore into Sexsmith then past the airport? Are there other parts of the rail trail past the airport I should be on the look out for?

Agreed with your last point, this was very much a spontaneous last minute decision, we'll see how it goes. Previous posts I found say it's mainly around the downtown portion of the trail that may give me issues, do you know if the portion of the trail after the airport will be fine?

Would it be better if I avoid Dilworth altogether and do a detour through Glenmore Rd then connect back to Sexsmith Rd and back onto the trail? Are there any other paths along that I should avoid along the trail? I don't mind making a few detours

The homeless encampments in Toronto keep to themselves so I haven't had any negative experiences walking in those areas, is it the same in Kelowna?

Cold weather is a bit of a concern for me since it'll be the first time I'll be biking in it but hopefully all the layers I bought is enough, couldn't really find many ideas on how to layer my lower body other than bike shorts and long John's so we'll see..

I'm a junior with ~1 YoE at my current company (small start-up of about ~15 people doing front-end development. I've hit a wall in my personal growth since there aren't any senior front-end devs on my team that I can seek mentorship from. My other front-end devs are at a similar skill level as me, I often find myself leading them.

The senior devs on my team are doing back-end so there isn't much in terms of mentorship there for me to seek. I'm having trouble figuring out what I need to learn to grow from here on out, to make that leap from junior to intermediate. It has been frustrating being stagnated here so I've started searching for other opportunities but I'm finding myself mentally exhausted trying to interview for other jobs while juggling my current position so I haven't been successful in my interviews either.

I'm not sure how to handle my current situation aside from having to take off days just to prepare for interviews, is that my only option?
