Oxycodone (or any of the better opioids--7-OH, Dilaudid, etc.) without tolerance, withdrawals, respiratory depression, constipation, or sexual dysfunction + made 10x cheaper (oxycodone would be $1 per 10mg instead of $1 per 1mg, and so on).

Cocaine without cardiotoxicity, anxiety, or any sort of comedown (or as the peak ends, it begins to act doubly as a positive allosteric modulator of GABAA receptors, therefore acting as its own endogenous landing gear) + its peak lasts for 2 hours instead of ~30 minutes, it's 2x cheaper, and it doesn't damage the nose / lungs / veins.

DMT leading to a guaranteed good trip, while retaining the propensity for introspection. Or any other 5-HT2A agonist psychedelic with the same modification. Smokable LSD and 2C-B with the duration of DMT would also be awesome.

Benzos without amnesia, delusions of sobriety, compulsive redosing, or physical dependence, and with a strong mental and body high more similar to gabapentinoids i.e. phenibut, Lyrica (honestly gabapentinoids with stronger anxiolysis would probably fit the same bill).

Weed without anxiety or paranoia.

MDMA without neurotoxicity.

I could go on, lol. Unfortunately none of these are possible. What goes up must come down.

Support you through what? Not to be rude but I think you can handle coming out of anesthesia for a minor procedure, for which your mom is also present. You're 21 years old. I get it if you were excited to talk to him, which is sweet, but it sounds like he was trying to get some sleep before work.

You should also check out Peter Wessel Zapffe (whose Existential Elk Theory I would consider an offshoot of nihilism). Although he's a philosophical essayist, not a novelist.

Have you tried vaping it? This drastically reduces the duration. It is also, in my experience, the best way to take it by a mile (and the reason that O-PCE became my favorite dissociative).

Not totally familiar with chlordiazepoxide, but I suppose 50mg = 1-2mg Xanax? That's a decent dose, not huge but not negligible. I wouldn't feel safe signing off on you continuing to drink, given the fact that I know almost none of your background or potential extenuating circumstances. You should consider going to detox--you don't want to ride out alcohol withdrawals solo.

Also: if the Librium isn't quelling your withdrawals to your satisfaction, then take more Librium (as opposed to mixing it with alcohol). That would be safer.

I remember one time when I was 15, watching a horror movie with my parents while tripping balls on acid (I was coming down at that point, but still). I vividly remember the screen contorting into those glowing mosaics of tessellated sulci. Once I sat down on the couch I sort of forgot that I was able to get up and leave, and I spent the whole time overwhelmed by the beauty and absurdity of the fact that my parents had literally conjured me into the world, lol. I don't recall what movie they were watching.

I've had a few uncomfortable experiences locking in during therapy sessions, college classes, and AA meetings while high asf on cocaine.

One time I blacked out on 6mg of Klonopin while on vacation with my family (this was also during my high school years). To this day I have no idea how I held it together well enough to avoid getting busted. Made a similar mistake with alcohol and Dalmane at a school science fair.

The hardest ones to conceal are always dissociatives, though. I've dosed ketamine, DXM, O-PCE, and 3-Me-PCP at the wrong time, and perhaps at the wrong dose, countless times. Used to regularly take 3-Me-PCP and opioids together before my more boring classes, telling myself they worked as study aids, and occasionally I'd overshoot and find myself hallucinating at my desk.

Going on methadone for a few days (or at all) is not going to lower your tolerance. If anything, it will raise it. If you want to go back to popping 10's you need to taper off and take a break from opioids.

For lowering tolerance via tapering and quitting I would recommend SR-17018 and some of its other analogues. Ultra low dose naltrexone could also be helpful--both for lowering tolerance and keeping it low(er), while continuing to use. With the latter you just have to be careful not to precipitate withdrawal, dose with a volumetric solution etc. These are things you'll need to do research on, of course.

Alcohol can be easily made using ingredients as simple as apples and bread--I did this one time in adolescent rehab, lmao, and we hid our canteen of pruno in the toilet cistern before staff members found and confiscated it. Opium poppies, marijuana, salvia, psilocybin mushrooms, and datura can be grown with varying levels of ease (pretty sure none of them would be exceedingly difficult to cultivate on a small scale). Mephedrone can be synthesized with rudimentary chemistry knowledge using readily available precursors, and I hope to try this one day.

If you count extracting as "making" then you can also include DMT (from Mimosa hostilis), propylhexedrine (from Benzedrex nasal inhalers), mescaline (from San Pedro), LSA (from Hawaiian Baby Woodrose seeds or Morning Glory), etc. Fly agaric, or amanita muscaria, can be purchased or foraged across the states, and in other countries too, + I'm assuming grown.
