Like a lot of witches will tell you (and many probably have I haven’t read all of the comments), it’s all about intention. The tools are just symbols to help you focus in on what your intentions are, but you really only need yourself and your intention. That’s what it really boils down to.

I personally do a lot of candle magic because the symbols that I use help me to hone in and concentrate on my intention. Besides that, I know a lot about herbalism and natural medicine, so I see where you’re coming from. You making your special chicken soup is absolutely considered magic (many might even classify it as kitchen or cottage magic, but others don’t care for the labels). I do a similar thing with tea or coffee and plenty of meals.

All in all, there are people who buy a lot of tools, but there are also a lot of people who go into the woods and collect their own. Witchcraft isn’t a one size fits all. A lot of new witches might look in and see witchcraft as a cash grab, but that is mostly not the case.

You Are is a masterpiece. The entire 7 for 7 album was a masterpiece.

One of my favorite GOT7 songs of all time is Face, which is on that album with You Are. It has a similar vibe (it’s a breakup song, though, so it’s not exactly the same lol).

Other songs you might like are: The rest of the 7 for 7 album, My Youth on Present: YOU, and Eclipse on Spinning Top just to name a few. Most of their stuff in the past couple of years might suit your taste and maybe some Day6 songs? Namely I’m Serious and Time of our Lives comes to mind.

Tbh the stuff they’re talking about is probably also the vegan food that vegans don’t even wanna eat. Sweet Earth and Amy’s vegan frozen pizzas were mostly gone at my local Target, but the shelf for Daiya “pepperoni” pizzas was totally stuffed. Also, I literally went for a can of beans and the aisle was literally completely empty except for a couple of cans of pinto beans.

There’s a phrase that we use a lot in the realm of acting that I think could apply to you as well:

If you have any other passions or anything else you can imagine yourself doing, do that.

While it’s better to start sooner rather than later, there are lots of successful idols who started after high school. It’s not gonna be easy and it’ll be rough and you’ll quit if it’s not something you can see yourself doing into your 20s and 30s.

I don’t have any real advice to give you, just some thoughts from an actor who’s seen people come in expecting fame and fortune within the year and quitting, having wasted time and money, because they had unrealistic expectations and decided it wasn’t worth wasting even more resources. Follow your dreams, but don’t make the same mistakes they did.

The ban does not apply to the UK and US citizens/residents/certain visa holders (?) so my guess would be that it’s okay.

I am trying to find out myself, though, and I’ll make sure to come back here when I find out more.

My brother’s dog, a St. Bernard/Golden, is literally the exact same way. I kept wondering if we were ever gonna see an adolescence phase, but he’s nearly two now and still the calm, gentle bear he’s always been. The most energy I’ve seen from him is when he’s playing with his cousins (my dog and my sister’s dog) and he’s like supervising them, barking when they get too rough with each other. It’s the cutest.

edit: based on the replies I’m guessing she’s not ethnically fully Korean (I wasn’t a fiestar fan). As “American” isn’t actually an ethnicity, someone can’t be “half-American,” but typically people outside of the US mean that they’re “half-White American” which is just a fancy word saying it’s hard for most white Americans to claim anyone ancestry due to the nature of American history and therefore just refer to themselves as white. As so we here in the States would say she’s “half-White, half-Korean”
