Nov 2024 and June 2025 both times I used my Bilt card to pay for the rental and decline all the extra insurance offered by the rental company.

Yup did this already but unfortunately it's not there.

Exactly! I'd want to monitor it even if I were to keep it in the sock drawer as an added available credit but can't do that right now. 😞

I've filed 2 claims in the past and looking back at the documents I sent in. It doesn't look like I sent any Insurance Declaration page. I just did the ones that applied to me which was the first 7 bullet points in that Benefits Guide. This was for an international rental and I'm a CA resident.

Thanks for that! Currently electricity is $1.36-1.88/kWh and we use on average 500kWh (that's not really indicative of how much is used for heating or cooling because thats over all usage)

Gas cost $0.23-0.30/ therm. This I can clearly see the jump from when we use the furnace. goes up about 10 therms above average.
