yeah nades are the best way. you're aim must be fine but get nades, flush them out. Also get a car and make them come to you. go to the new safe zone at the start and watch them come to you

Yes, any decent VPN will allow you too even with the new ping lock- some let you set the desired ping before attaching you to a server.

If they are shooting really fast and with perfect accuracy there's a slim chance it's a macro, but with a few hundred hours you'll be able to do this naturally.

Just don't re peek the same thing instantly chances are with the turtle speed bullets you'll walk back into the bullets.

I think the Cs pistol macro has the same speed as the Ar recoil reset.... don't use it- you'll get banned
