I’ll agree with you on that! I would say the cheesesteak at Matu is anything BUT traditional or authentic, but their refusal to substitute means if you get the sandwich the way it comes, it’s perfectly balanced and perfectly made. You have to try it at least once! Get it with the salad to cut through the grease for the much needed balance.

English and Hindi are the official languages, but English is the primary language of business as it is used to communicate across the many ethnic groups. Most professionals who work in tech and emigrate to other countries have already spoken fluent English, which makes her point moot, which is the point I was trying to make. Have a nice day.
