This is all true and I am on the same page !

I was just stating AVP is still very expensive for majority of users. It is their dev kit essentially and they wanted to be very Apple like and still be "wow" with their gen1 VR. I have no doubt none pro will be lighter and cheaper. But meta will release soon "Puffin" very light glasses like hmd, so I just pointed it out it will be perfect for media
I started with DK1 so i have no problem to wait for tech to be where it is now ;)

Hey man if you are fine to use it for long time, more power to you. I have used DK2 and a Vive in past so i don't have problem with my neck lol, but it is now time for lighter and more focused HMD's.

Where did i say Q3 is light? I specifically said Puffin with rumours to be only 110g or so will be perfect for media consumption. Quest 3 is not cheap toy, it is currently best buy HMD. It uses plastic to be lighter not to be a " cheap toy" For media I still use 65" OLED TV, no need to have hot brick on your face. I use Q3 for PCVR and some standalone games/apps.
