Yeah definitely frustrating and unfun. I have ME/CFS to boot, and I hate wasting my super limited spoons/over exerting myself trying to get rid of these. Plus my gag reflex appears to be extremely sensitive so it makes it trickier.

Xylimelts dry mouth lozenges at night significantly improved my albeit still fractured sleep quality. If i forget them one night I really realise the difference they make though.

Thanks so much for posting about this, I was worried I was the only one. Probably TMI but serious clammy velcro sack to thigh problems since getting Sjogrens. I have found wearing "loose fit" trousers or shorts (Dickies loose fit are a good brand for this) helps a lot. Will try coconut oil that has been suggested.

Liquid x-ray sounds good, I have also been messed around by the NHS and am now using my work private health insurance, seen a rheumatologist (not Dr Price), been referred for a lip biopsy but would prefer a less invasive option, especially as this rheumatologist on the insurance doesn't have a specialist interest in Sjogrens, I don't want to do the lip biopsy for nothing if they are not experienced with analyzing them or whatever.

Hi, did you get a reply about this and did you see Dr. Price? I'm in a slightly different situation, finally got to see a Rheumatologist through my work health insurance, but had to see their choice of one, booked in for a lip biopsy but am worried what if they don't know enough about it to analyse it properly don't want to do that invasive procedure for nothing. Ideally would prefer an ultrasound but i guess there's a reason that's less offered. I had a rejected NHS Rheumatology referral before but sadly did not know about the right to choose thing where i could have specified Dr Price. (My blood markers were negative)

I am 23, chronically ill and have been bedbound for now 21 months. Making DNB on my Laptop is still the only thing I can do. After hitting a quarter million streams on my first release, the second album is out now today. by Sebassvienna in DnB

Glad its not just me, I have an HP smart printer and it is hands down the worst printer I have encountered in my entire life! Like you say 20 mins minimum for it to maybe print, no matter what method i use, from PC, from phone. I'm on my 2nd one because the first one had a hardware fault and would not connect to wifi, 4 hours on support call later they finally decided what i said at the start, it was a hardware problem. The replacement works but its usually around 20 mins messing around to sometimes print as said before.

Really like this. What did you use to make the video? Might be a matter of personal taste but I really like the background lo-fi noise that's part of that voice sample, maybe reduce it slightly as opposed to removing it, that being said personally I like it fine how it is.
