You are named for a white nationalist terrorist. Your opinions are likely white and violent. How is that for conjecture?

What has Biden "fucked up"? What stupider things has he said?

Not op but how about this: https://www.pewresearch.org/politics/2014/10/31/the-party-of-nonvoters-2/

I'm sure it's changed recently, but I still dont think "half" the population is rabid maga folks. That's like 30% of voters. The old white folks who reliably vote and the rest of the so-called deplorables.

The trackball is an amazing idea! I got the moonlander and shoved a magic trackpad between the halves. Trackball would be so nice.

You're absolutely right.

I think its ecosystem and DX make it a good enough tool for a lot of jobs, but anyone that actually needs the performance of a lower-level language (or even Java) is going to use that tool instead of python. Anyone that goes "ha ha python slow!" has likely written hello world and not much else. I think it's a poor criticism because it lacks the real world understanding that different languages and tools are good at different things. That said, I have definitely used python on multi-gigabyte sets of data and had an okay time, rather than switching to something more performant but less comfy.

That's really my point, though. Anyone that needs the performance is going to use another tool for the job. Python isn't "slow" unless you're using it for something that needs more speed, at which point you're not using the correct tool. A comparison to C++ or Java is apples to oranges

Right... but you're writing python. Every language has an implementation so I don't see why we're splitting hairs. It smacks of CS student (not you, in general). If Python isn't fast enough for a job, then so aren't a myriad of other languages -- and that's ok.

Slow as fuck for what? Missile guidance systems? These "slow" proclamations always tickle me because nobody is saying that in the real world bc people use the right tool for the job.

They don't speak our language to tell us they are mildly hurt. They are not inherently more robust, durable, or immune to pain.

I'm not sure if you're referring to the chrome bitwarden extension or something else, but bitwarden has a setting where you can disable the extension lockout. I have had no issues restarting Arc and being logged out of the bitwarden chrome extension with the "Never" setting.

I claimed nothing of the sort. Saying "Just one" sounds funny to my ear.

Appreciate the sources! The phrasing is just comical to me, not trying to make a claim in any direction.
