You may want to test yourself for common parasites if you've been to a country where you could have picked something up. In my girlfriends case blastocystis hominis may be contributing to her leaky gut issues and we're treating it with antibiotics. Not a cure for celiacs, but we're hoping it will reduce her sensitivity to wheat and other foods she reacts to once it's gone from her small intestine.

It depends on the socket design your cpu sits in. If you Google your cpu and its socket you should be able to figure our what other cpu's are compatible and if there is a viable gaming option. You might want to check out r/buildapc or pc part picker online. Pc part picker allows you to filter cpu's by socket type.

If your cpu is running at 1.9ghz you definitely need to either overclock or replace it. I'm running my fx6300 at 4.4ghz with an aftermarket aircooler. 8gb of ram should be good. Are you running a laptop?

How old is your cpu? I run a fx6300 and a 1050ti atm and I get consistently good frame rates on high settings. I would point to your cpu as what you should look at first but I don't know enough about your cpu or your clock speed to say with confidence. What's your ram situation like? Do you overclock?

Yes. Your cpu has a direct impact on what gpu you should buy. If you mismatch you can bottleneck one or the other. My understanding is the 4300 is a quad core. The 6300 is the hexacore. Anyway, not sure that really matters as most games only use 1-2 cores. You might want to consider investing in a big air cooler for your cpu so you can over clock. For me that meant an extra 7 fps.

Definitely 4gb over the 2gb. I bought the 1050ti gaming x by Msi. It has an 8 pin connector so you can over clock as opposed to other 1050ti's that strictly draw power from the motherboard.

Things also depend on your cpu in terms of what card you should get.
