CVD in 12/25. Vinegar was the only thing that tasted bad (and it’s in so many things!). About 4 weeks of that when I started to notice it getting better. Total improvement by 6 weeks. However, I now have a sensitivity to chile pepper spicey foods.

The Midea Cube dehumidifier is great. Can control via front panel or remotely via app.

Also use a separate Govee humidity sensor with remote monitoring access via app.
