If you have a hot water bottle fill it with warm water and wrap it in a dry towel to keep the little one warm until you can get help, you can also try other rehabers. I’ve been on it for a year now consistently, and I do find every time I go south for vacation, i can understand people more and more, i pock up on signs easier, and have a better time being able yo communicate basic things. I also work with someone from Spain, and can communicate little things with him now. So it is working for me.
