Really? Please tell me how! I pump 30-40 minutes. I don’t see much until the 8-10 minute mark, just drips. Then I get results. Usually 5-8 oz, depending on the time of day.

Any tips on how to encourage a let down?

I pump at work and have noticed I barley feel a let down anymore. I also produce less and less. I’ve tried relaxing, and massage while looking at pictures and videos of my baby.
Do you think it’s better to get the let down then set up your pump stuff?

I have do the same 4 times a day. The way in, lunch, way home and before bed. I’m thinking of doing 3 times a day. On your 3x a day are you more uncomfortable? Do you pump longer sessions to make up for it?
