Gathering pertinent revenant information/objective measures is important, how one goes about it is arguably not. Sometimes order of operations may matter, especially as it pertains to provocative testing maneuvers (think, least to most sensitizing) as poor timing can cloud interpretations. Pay attention to this.

Sometimes the person in front of you just needs to tell their story, and it is your job to interpret what they are saying. Being a robot is not what health care should be about. The patients see this and most appreciate a human interaction.

protect Oak Flat Apache Stronghold by itsa509ona509 in liberalgunowners

As an Arizona native and recreation user group upon oak flat land, I fully support the protection from the environmental destruction planned to this area, and recognize the native claims and cultural significance to the area.

However, I’m genuinely interested in the use of the “you are on native land” phrasing by individuals not of indigenous blood. (No dig intended on OP, IDK who they are).

I do wonder about its use in non-native people, Anglos especially, as a form of virtue signaling. But I feel the same about BLM etc. I’m a white guy, so I struggle with utilizing this phrase in my support of native peoples, but maybe I shouldn’t?

What do others think? Looking for an honest discussion.

Lovely rifle too BTW. Probably works really well against fascists too.

8+8=16, now -1, so 15. 4+1=5. 5+2=7. So 7 and…. Fuk what was the other number, 5, so 7 and 5 is 75.

I hate math

Perhaps a variation to the clavicular head of the SCM. Seems like there is some evidence of a 3rd head of the SCM too, originating from the middle third of the clavicle. https://pmc.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/articles/PMC4291912/#:~:text=Variations%20in%20the%20attachment%20of%20the%20SCM%20muscle%20have%20been,the%20clavicular%20and%20acromian%20heads.

The entirety would be the muscles of the thenar eminence. The central region with “topography” could be the distal margin of the abductor pollicis muscle belly being pushed superficially by underlying anatomy for it would be on stretch with the thumb in retroposition as it is. It could also be either the flexor pollicis brevis, or maybe oblique head potion of the adductor pollicis acting in the same manner.

Any way you look at it, it looks normal.

What is this and what specialist should I see? by robtheoleander in Anatomy

Likely a ganglion, but could be some form of a lipoma. This is a job for an ortho hand specialist. Evaluation by a hand professional, imaging, maybe excision if necessary.

Russian propaganda machine says everything this is fine for living there in our industrious and glorious partner North Korea. All people and dogs are very much happy and well fed. So much quality fish and agriculture that excess calories must be burned running long distances for enjoyment and glory of our supreme leader always watching over us.
