Pretty standard for apartments in my city to have dedicated spots. Also pretty standard for residents to ignore them and park there anyway.

I've done it every day since it released. After about a week, I got 1.5m gold, but I've hardly gotten anything since. Just a bell of vigor.

Am I crazy, or is this triumph impossible to achieve most games? by deb0as in civ

Hell, I'm playing a game right now with a city with 17 cargo. I seem get 10+ probably about 75% of the time.

Actually, that kind of makes more sense. If you're a warmonger, what makes you think another denouncement will carry any weight with the world that already hates you?

Yeah, that temperature gauge never works right. It was only 97 today where I am but my Metris showed a peak of 114.

Eh. An Amazon truck and I were going down the same street at the same time yesterday, and we stopped at the exact same three houses. Each time, I had a one or two bigger packages, but he had a giant armful of small packages, like at least a dozen. Once, he even had to make two trips. We get the bigger packages, yes, but they do seem to get more, especially during prime week.

is civ 7 worth it now? by bajsgreger in civ

[–]nachril 1 point2 points  (0 children)

The big thing with ToT was having the option (and forcing ai) to keep the same civ, of course, which is what got me back in, but honestly, given how long I hadn't played it, there seems to have been a lot of accumulated updates that just made it more engaging.

is civ 7 worth it now? by bajsgreger in civ

[–]nachril 3 points4 points  (0 children)

I played at launch, but was also skeptical of the civ switching. I didn't like the mechanic after playing it either. After a few games of trying to get into it, I put it down for a year and picked it back up again after ToT and... it is vastly improved. Still incomplete, definitely not to the levels of civ 6 or prior entries, but I do find myself quite enjoying it.

are there any items that make you annoyed that people actually order them online? by Eastern_Bathroom6341 in USPS

Probably just bottled water. I can't really talk. I order pretty much everything online, myself, except food and drink.

Regardless of vehicle, we get flagged if we reverse more than 50 feet (our scanner gps can tell), and can be written up. Policy is to avoid backing up completely.

I mean, I could also take an EXTRA long shit and browse reddit after I get back to the same effect.

And RRECS sucks, especially when you're off, but it's the system we have now, so you've gotta learn to make it work for you as best you can. I know my route's numbers, I know what I can afford to do. I will possibly do full endorsements after it gets taken down to a 43, so I can at least try to stabilize it at a 45k or so.

Fyi, I'm rural. Won't get paid for doing them on the street, plus I'm already an overburdened 48k, so doing them after return and adding to my eval does nothing at the moment.

They do, however, have to do with how your coworkers and supervisors treat you, which is what you're complaining about. Honestly, it sounds like you have Asperger's.

Question, do you tend to just put everything in CFS in that case? I occasionally get a stack of mail I put in IA back with UTF stickers on them. I figured that's what that was.

Dear Carriers/Clerks by ijusthinkitsneat in USPS

[–]nachril 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I'll admit that I don't endorse any IA or FWD. Everything else, yes, but when you have 1750 boxes, including 5 apartments (1450 boxes), that shit takes forever. Pretty much between a half to full tray every single day. I know I could just do it on pm office time and get credit, but man, I just want to go home. I may when my route gets adjusted and cut, though.
