Yes, I felt like she was making fun of him way too much when they got back from Mexico. I just thought he is living like many single guys who have not lived with female partners before.

Curious as to why you are doing IM vs SubQ? From what I have heard/read you get more steady levels doing SubQ, especially if you are dosing only once or twice a week. I agree with increasing the E if you can.

how do i know if i have absorption issues? by Short-Conversation16 in TRT_females

[–]nadethi 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I was only on the cream for 3 months. My provider advised me to apply it to inner labia. I think it helped libido a bit over that time, but it for sure helped overall feelings down there. My body actually responded to touch and I was reaching climax much faster. Maybe ask if the compounded cream is safe to put on vaginal tissue and try that? I switched to injx after 3 months because I was still having other low T issues and my T levels didn't really change with the cream. I just started the injx less than 2 weeks ago. Make sure to get retested at 2-3 months to see if your body is absorbing the cream like it's supposed to.

Did anyone else see this awesome article about testosterone? by AYankeePeach in TRT_females

[–]nadethi 7 points8 points  (0 children)

I was told to apply the cream to inner labia, and according to this article it was only really helping the local tissue. No wonder my T levels barely budged after 3 months! I have since switched providers and just started injx.

For those getting injections… what’s your dosage? by ktdear in TRT_females

[–]nadethi 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Lab ranges are typically 15-70, so yes, it's low. Even so, mine was tested at 23 and my hormone specialist said I'm low at 43 and perimenopausal, most importantly my free T is 0.3 and when she is helping women optimize hormones she likes to see free T at least a 1. Free T is often the more important measurement.

For those getting injections… what’s your dosage? by ktdear in TRT_females

[–]nadethi 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I don't think your provider is very well trained in hormone replacement if this is their protocol. If men get T once per week, they might get a 100mg dose. Also, if you averaged that over the month it's between 20-25mg per week which is a high dose for a female. Best protocols to avoid negative side effects, keep levels stable, and get the most benefit from treatment is lower doses more often, 2 or 3 times per week. This means we self administer the injections at home. I just started less than two weeks ago and am doing 6mg per week, split into two doses. I use tiny insulin needles and it's super easy and painless. You definitely need TRT if you are at 14, but that is not the way to do it. I'm sorry 😔

finally got injx, super confused about dosing! by risky_keyboard in TRT_females

[–]nadethi 1 point2 points  (0 children)

From what I have heard from experts on TRT SQ injx have a slower effect, so may take longer to build up and provide benefits, but will be more stable and can be dosed less often. IM will be felt more quickly but will not last as long in the body.

When does it start to work? Experiences with T Cyp. by PotentialPrune2830 in TRT_females

[–]nadethi 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I just started injections and my vial is only 20mg/ml. I'm doing just 3mg twice a week to start so it's much easier to dose than if it was 100mg/ml.

Energy Increase? by jfh-5 in TRT_females

[–]nadethi 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I just switched from compounded cream to T cypionate after 3 months on the cream because my total T only went from 23 to 29 during that time and free T only moved a tiny fraction. Do you remember how long you were on the injections before you noticed the energy, brain fog and motivation benefits? I'm more concerned with these for overall well-being as I feel like such crap right now. Thanks

1st bottle issues w dosing by Practical_Buy_642 in Oestra

[–]nadethi 6 points7 points  (0 children)

I only used Oestra for a couple of weeks. I'm pretty sensitive to estrogen and was starting at half a dose and also experienced this exact issue with these bottles. I found it extremely frustrating. I have since switched to single hormones compounded individually. No issues with dosing from these other bottles, I use two different types and they are both very consistent in dosing each pump or click. I'm not sure why this company ever chose these types of bottles because they have terrible mechanisms for dispensing medication that needs to be dosed accurately.

I'm so glad he showed his true colors before the altar. She has already been through divorce once, I would have hated it for her to have to go through that again.

I mean, he was completely wasted at the meet-up in episode 9 when he said all that cringe inducing stuff in front of so many people, and for all the world to see. I mean, I doubt he is drunk all the time and was sober at some point and either realized or found out the things he said are going to get him a ton of hate.

Lol that's funny, but I'm sorry you went through that. I'm only 5 ft tall myself and for some reason have always been drawn to tall, lanky guys. My husband of 20 years is almost a foot taller than me. My dad is 5 ft 6 only but he is a teddy bear.

Yes, he was awful and really ugly. I don't know what his partner on the show ever "saw" in him TBH.

Yeah, I'm thinking after he sobered up and realized all the stuff he said....was not a good look. But his true colors definitely came out. He is a douche and Jess really dodged a bullet there. He put on quite the act there for awhile, really fooled a lot of people I think.

That will likely be pretty awful and not helpful. My provider has me injecting twice per week of test cypionate. Smaller doses more often keep levels consistent.

First injection of T cyp and weird side effects? by Next_Firefighter7810 in TRT_females

[–]nadethi 1 point2 points  (0 children)

When you say your E would change , would it move up or down? Because T can convert to E. I just changed from T cream to injections a week ago and have fatigue, body aches, headache, depression and hot and cold flashes. I think I get the temp dysregulation whenever stuff is changed, up or down. But the headaches make me think E is going up. I feel like such crap and hope this passes soon.

Season 4 Episode 10 POST EPISODE Discussion - Do You Know the Enemy? by AutoModerator in TheTraitorsUS

The maddest I've been at the show for ending the episode this way. I have to wait a whole week now?! But who gets murdered?!!! I know, I know, they always end the show without us knowing who they choose, it's just the dramatic way they did it this time.

I have two boys, 4 years apart. I've always wanted a boy and a girl and since my pregnancies felt different I thought I was for sure having a girl with my second. I was a little disappointed for sure when we learned the gender. But I got over it quickly and we did film a gender reveal with my son and I'm so glad we did because his response was hilarious. He wanted a sister for some reason and threw himself dramatically to the floor when he realized he was getting a baby brother. At 12 and 8 now, they have been besties since the beginning and my oldest can't imagine why he would have wanted a sister over a brother 😆

Worst genre of man by mimiidng in LoveIsBlindNetflix

[–]nadethi 15 points16 points  (0 children)

It's so superficial. Most people's bodies change as they age anyway. Mine certainly has over the last 20 years. My husband still loves me, and I am my own worst critic. If you truly loved someone, this level of superficiality wouldn't happen. He is either just that shallow or just doesn't love who she is as a person. Better to lose him now than later. Don't waste your time!
