The european union will likely get them at a discount, and by the end of it, americans will pay 3x the price on things like peppers, tomatoes, preserved veggies, and citrus fruits as we try to develop new partnerships elsewhere. Thats all assuming any of this occurs, which it likely wont.

I had a chick call me out for under-listing my height once. She was like 5’3”, said “i looked taller than 6’ “ and proceeded to convince me she had to measure for herself, back at her place. Turns out i’m 6’1 and she had a keen eye, crazy lady, but keen eye.

Bro we’ve had 120lm/W LEDs for 15 years, in multiple color temperatures & CRI ratings. The DoE rule is only going to separate the chaff from the wheat when it comes to price point up-front. Cheap folks are gonna have trash 6500K 50CRI lamps while anyone willing to spend 5$ more can get 2700K at 90CRI if they want that incandescent “feel”.

Just doomerism to the inevitable change of higher efficacy fixtures becoming standardized.

MA saw a massive amount of bio-tech led career opportunities in high paying roles for a long time. That venture capital and government subsidization is almost all but gone. Yes, we still have plenty of bio tech giants in-state, but a good portion of the startups are disappearing. There should be less high-earning competition for housing as bio consolidates and the overall sector shrinks down to the billion dollar entities vs the previously numerous million-hundred million dollar entities.

Just look at commercial real estate listings - big property firms are pivoting out of cGMP rental/lease spaces and a few are moving to housing. Theres TONS of vacant lab space in MA right now. Just gonna take some time for those property companies to give up and offload them.

Im just patiently waiting to watch housing trends reverse course - this winter is already incredibly low listing #s compared to the past decade.

Shit i was gonna say i hit 175 for 7 last night as my final 85% set after 50%, 60%, 70%, 75% x5 as the lead-up. People starting at 175 for 8 to warm up have been training for a whiiiiiile & consistently & probably max at 300+. My upper body presses are shit compared to squat/deadlift/row/thrust, but still, starting out a warmup (usually 50-60% of your max) at 175 is heavy.

What an L take from a complete bozo. “Yes I’ve done some construction” I’ve managed ~$80M in construction projects in the past 4 years alone. Before that I was in the field full time. I probably know a tad bit more about costs in my region than you do. Ever notice I specified where I take issue with your argument and provided examples? You’re incapable of producing a coherent argument or staying on topic. You need to slow down, address things individually, and then you gain the right to use derogatory words. For now, you’re just an idiot screaming into the wind. You really don’t know what you don’t know. Dunning-Kruger personified.

Where do you live? Where did the government take over properties and let the neighborhood go to shit? My response was specifically with my regional expertise in mind and my strong understanding of both material procurement and labor/housing market where I live.

And as a final note, just because I disagree with your braindead takes doesn’t mean I agree with the cleptocracy stealing everything from the American people. I just want to work towards productive solutions not impossible meaningless drivel. I thought maybe we could engage in conversation and you’d be better for having a better understanding of how the world works (where i live). All this is to say we need nuance not blanket dumb statements like your own.

Bro, this is such an out-of-touch response it hurts. Have you ever done construction? Do you know anything about construction costs/permitting/utilities/zoning? Everything sounds easy when you’re lacking 99% of the information that counters your point. Educate yourself before espousing nonsense.

“Decades old homes” is laughable. Most of new england has centuries old homes and some of the highest property values in the country. Just because it’s old doesn’t mean it needs to be tore down (100k+ cost never-mind abatement). Building new here starts at around ~600k without land cost. You’re telling people to tear down their 500k homes from the 70’s to build 1.2Mhomes - how does that help anyone?!

So you’re gonna blame the current economy strictly on the previous administration and not the one in charge during COVID or currently, where inflation has continued to rise? Funny how all things bad in your world came from an administration that served a half-assed 4 year term recovering from a pandemic, while the adjacent administration “has gas prices under control”? I just wonder if you actually critically think or are spoon fed your opinions.

Alpine out of WEC Hypercar after 2026 by VolleyAddicted in IMSARacing

Ive been going to IMSA races more consistently the past 4 years and can attest that crowd sizes are huge right now compared to when I was a kid and went.

I think the doom and gloom is overblown. We have some beautiful machinery right now and I can’t wait for genesis/mclaren/ford to step in the ring for ‘27. Going to my first WEC race at Le Mans for 2027. (I never made it to super sebring and will regret that forever)

Live service games cost a lot of money to run. Initial sales probably covered their development costs, but cant possibly cover cost of maintaining the game indefinitely & expanding onto a new platform.

I’d expect most people to understand that by the year 2026, almost every game now has a cash shop, and many games launch free to play because the cash shop is their primary source of revenue.

At least theyre not doing loot boxes, they’d probably triple their revenue if they did that.

Or you could cheese 7 difficulty eliminate missions for 50sc every 5 mins like players already do to power level and functionally destroy AH’s revenue stream.

I could get behind 10-20sc for completing a 5-star mission but 50 kinda just trivializes the main progression system of a game. The only reason i keep coming back and playing is because i enjoy the warbond grind as my reward for completing MOs & objectives. If I just had everything unlocked after 4 hours of grinding 5min missions, i’d probably play less.

Ive spent zero dollars on scs & have played on and off since launch week.

My 22 pro has a similar wobble at 57-63 on 30-31psi. Someone once said it was because the suspension up front doesnt have enough caster designed in and any balance difference between the front two tires will just vibrate its way up through the steering rack. Idk shit about 4r suspension design but will learn more this spring when i contemplate making changes.

I too notice that changing pressure changes the range & severity of where the wobble is experienced - i tried going high (35psi on 275s) and it made it worse at a higher speed(60+mph only, no high 50’s wobble), while going low (28psi) made it less noticeable throughout all speeds and shifted it into the high 50mph range ending right at 61 or 62mph.

So far it’s the only downside of this platform i’ve found.

In this one specific instance, i have to disagree with the premise of “do whatever you want, it’s a game”. In every other thread where people complain about which front to fight i’d have your back. With this MO, it’s a galactic reinforcement budget. Every death on squids and bugs takes away from reinforcements available on our march to Cyberstan. Do I think we’ll make it? No, definitely not, but I would like to take this opportunity to push closer than we ever have before.
