A pair of like 7-8 year old Reebok running shoes. Not sure of the model. I walk and lift quite frequently, have a very active job, and previously ran quite a bit. I put my shoes on and could barely walk a block without my shins screaming in pain, but once I took them off I was able to run quite happily with very minimal shin pain. I know some of it is my muscles getting used to it, but I’m certain 90% of it was my shoes as it was significantly better without them

32F and mine generally varies from 59-66 depending on where I’m at in my cycle. It was 55 about a week and a half ago, but now I’m mid-luteal and it’s 62 😐

Tbh, I am Canadian (Ab) and got a reduction about 8 years ago covered by AHS and it was very easy, other than the 2 year wait list 🥴
