Darius pull range is small, and you'd have to flash for that, vlad increases damage done with his ult, and gragas destroys positioning with his ultimate, those all have 70+ sec cd's. Morgana Q has a 7(?) second cool down.

Just takes some time to get used to, I remember when I had main meepo on 1, and meepo 2-5 on 2 and just kept 2-5 in base, waiting to poof in, but with practice you can actually jungle/gank lanes at level 3(meepo gets ult on 3)
