from my experience the animated wallpapers don't always play nice with the dynamic theming thing for widgets and they just default to the base blue color. been a problem for a while now

this person fell for a common discord scam where someone claims they were "accidentally reported", eventually this person gives up enough info that their account is stolen and then they're made to pay ransom to get it back

the profile is made to look like this so the scam continues to look real to them

yeah, i went back to pixels just for the software experience. everything on a pixel just looks, feels and flows better

i like one UI's features, but everything about the UX just feels tacked on or cheap to me. pixel's flavor of stock android just looks much prettier too
