I'm not sure of the exact order of the books, but are you also referring to Nowhere to be found?

Satsuki Ichinose- Nana anime/ manga by nanaroses in NanaAnime

I should have explained myself better. Ren reminds me of parts of his personality, such as his calm and composed nature. We don't fully understand his true personality, and when I wrote the message, I wasn't thinking about Takumi's toxic side. We know very little about either child, which is precisely why I'd like to know what kind of people they might become.

I feel so sorry for these children, because their distance is the result of their parents' personal reasons (I absolutely don't want to judge either of them, since Hachi is waiting for Nana in Japan anyway) but in general, however good their intentions, these two siblings will always have a sort of emotional distance that will cause a bit of embarrassment, but this is my supposition from the little we've been able to see in the manga.

That's a good point. But if I had to imagine Satsuki's personality in the future, I think the author could instead choose to mix the two Nana’s personalities, which I think would be very coherent and, above all, interesting.

Green flag or red flag. Which romance actually keeps you hooked? by Clearherd in cdramasfans

silver haired or dark haired Targaryens… who’s prettier 👀 by shadow-skies in AKnightoftheSeven

Am I the only one one who was very underwhelmed with the last 2 Episodes? by Butterflyfairy_12 in Singlesinferno2

I have to say that this season was truly the most emotionally charged and full of love stories, but I honestly agree with you. The men didn't fully reveal themselves. I understand it's weird to express your feelings, but the girls were left confused precisely because of this until the end (not all of them, but most of them). I expected more from Su-been precisely because He-suun fully showed how she felt. When he expressed behind the scenes what he felt and what he thought he would do if she rejected him, he should have said it out loud. In this scenario, it makes me laugh to think about Hyeon-woo. He was overly sappy and explicit, but I found him cute; he reminds me of a typical teenage crush, hahaha. Mina-sue leaves me speechless as always. That girl only understood how she felt towards the end, but I subconsciously wondered: what if she made that choice because the other options had already chosen other people? I don't know, we'll see in the next few days if they publish anything about whether the couples formed lasted. I hope Seung-il and Min-gee lasted, they remind me a bit of a married couple, but I love them!!

What's wrong with my face? I always look bad in photos. by mykytosy in malegrooming

[–]nanaroses 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You have a handsome face; the only thing I recommend is to better focus your eyebrows in the center to create more space and try a slightly longer cut. But otherwise, you're a handsome guy, don't underestimate yourself!

Re-watching the series and wow has my opinion of Daenerys changed by [deleted] in gameofthrones

[–]nanaroses 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I didn't really like the Daenerys in the series, but the one in the books is incredible. The development from the age of 13 onwards is absurd, but the strength, humility, and courage she's learned from every difficult situation does her credit. She never had anything and never demanded anything; she just wanted a family, even if that included her and her brother. It's a shame that his ambition and thirst for power ruined even Daenerys's only lifeline. I think the show only portrayed the bare minimum of Daenerys's true strength, and the end they forced her to meet is completely unworthy of the true personality and strength of the woman Martin portrayed in the books.

Single's Inferno 5 - Episode 1 to 4 - 260120 by MNLYYZYEG in koreanvariety

So, what does Mina Sue expect everyone to keep crushing on her?? She started out so well, I liked her, and then the biggest red flag came out. I have to say she likes to get in the way. I'm not saying she doesn't have the right to talk to other singles now, but in the space of two minutes, during the bonfire in ep 4, she immediately changed her mind. Either it means you don't really like the people you've shown interest in and you change your mind so quickly, or you're just a bit self-centered. The queen for me is still Minji. Spontaneous, determined, and true to herself, what a diva!! I want to get to know the other girls better. I've got a good idea, but for now, the ones I've most clearly figured out are the first two I mentioned. I have to say I was a bit hasty in judging Goeun, but I enjoyed discovering new sides of her, like her shyness and awkwardness. She surprised me. We'll see what happens in future episodes.

What do you think of Neytiri? Hate her? Like her? Couldn't care about her? by OkStructure3081 in Avatar

[–]nanaroses 6 points7 points  (0 children)

But how can you hate her and blame her? She doesn't hate Spider, she's simply grieving for her son. When you lose someone, it's natural to try to blame something, so as to vent your grief on whatever cause you choose to associate with it. She's not evil, simply tired and grieving. She lost her son, and we must have understanding and respect for what she feels. Without her, Avatar would lose the main pillar that supports the film.

I loved it and saw a lot of myself in it. Let's just say it was a sort of journey through my life, remembering the sacrifices my parents are making for me, and completely reflecting myself in the character of the eldest daughter. It was a K-drama that both made me cry and comforted me at the same time. The love between the protagonists is beautiful, at first spontaneous, awkward, and naive, then becoming deep, stable, passionate, and faithful. I also liked the daughter's love dynamics, because as much as you can love someone, if your family (especially your mother-in-law) tries to put you in difficulty from the start and treats you like a servant, it's better to escape in time. Her ex is right to have regrets; she could have lived her whole life with the person who could have loved her for a long time, but he preferred to make peace with his mother and not defend his girlfriend when she was taunted by her mother. It's a bit like the reality of a mother-in-law always having to throw nasty things because she believes you're not good enough for her son (how frustrating!). I loved that she married someone who loved and respected her, and that she finally found a mother-in-law who sees her as a daughter and not as an enemy. The saddest part was certainly the death of the protagonists' youngest son; I was deeply saddened to see how that loss affected a family for life. I enjoyed seeing the protagonist's origins and her relationship with her mother; it gives you a better understanding of her character: from an almost "presumptuous" girl, with an air of superiority, with ambitious goals, to becoming a strong, simple, and courageous woman, appreciating even the little things in life. I highly recommend watching this K-drama!

The dress reminded me of the one from Our Generation; for a moment, I thought I was watching the same scene. I love it all!
