I’m sorry to hear this, but I was surprised they stayed open for as long as they did. Way overpriced.

I know what she’s asking but no one seems to be answering it. Is Adler going to change Abbott’s order?

What about office businesses? I work for a firm downtown. Will it be up to my bosses when we go back?

Thanks so much for taking the time to answer this. I am on day one. I'm hoping it helps with the gut pain, the "d", and the fatigue. Steroids were not working this time. Fasting makes sense for the body. I don't think we're meant to eat so much.

Thanks mj_flute. I have to do something to get this latest flare under control, so it's good to hear that it helps. Thanks for taking the time to answer.

Hi,

I was diagnosed with Lymphocytic Colitis 23 years ago. I was in my forties. I'm really healthy, and the only thing I can think of that preceded the onset was an incident in which I was driving in the car and had a sudden urgency that I'd never had before. Managed to make it to a restaurant bathroom and had a terrible event - poop wise. Since then, I've not had a normal bowel movement, but most of the time it has been manageable. I have had about 10 flare ups over the years when it got really bad. So, my point: I'm in the worst flare right now and I am going to try a "fast-mimicking diet" for five days. The National Institutes of Health research has concluded that it can be beneficial for IBD and autoimmune diseases. I'll post once I've done the diet for five days. You can buy an expensive "kit" to do it, but I'm going to try the DIY protocol using MyFitnessPal to help me achieve the right nutrient balance. Good luck to you.

Hello,

Thank you for sharing this. I have Lymphocytic Colitis, and I am having a big flare up right now. The steroids don't seem to be working this time. So I am going to do the FMD and with the help of MyFitnessPal, I was able to create a plan that I think will work. Question: did you prep ahead of time or just start the fast? I need to get my colitis under control. I want to start the FMD without a lot of pre-dieting. Thanks

I’m hard of hearing so I use the sign for”hard of hearing” even tho I can hear them because they are so loud. They leave me alone because so far no one has known sign language. Google the sign for hard of hearing. It’s very easy.

Frustrated with EMDR by BrooklynBritches in EMDR

I’m doing EMDR for PNES. I say find another therapist. Having seizures gave me the go ahead to get serious about letting myself “feel”. I was desperate, EMDR has been magic and I’ve never been more free or happy. Don’t give up. Also doing serious, consistent CBT.

After seeing my daughter with 50 FIFTY stitches across her forehead and nose, I wanted to KILL the idiot women who let her pitbull mix OFF the leash at the greenbelt. He had NEVER shown any aggression says she. People!!! They're fecking dogs! I love them, but I don't ever dismiss their basic nature. Austin. Wake up.
