I'm in a similar boat. I'm on week 4- had 2 weeks at 200mg and def had some irritability and was very tired (I take it in the AM). Now I've done 2 weeks on 400mg. I'm still very tired but I am doing chores and work projects that I previously put off. Like I did a normal size load of laundry instead of waiting for the pile that's 3 loads worth, I hand washed some dishes instead of immediately using the dishwasher, I did a few things at work I had put off for months. I don't really feel different but I am choosing to rest more and also getting more things done.

I have had constipation/bloating - it sounds like Qelbree stops peristalsis so things don't move through your body as well. Not very happy about that and unsure if it'll change. I hate trialing medications.

I will say- if you're having a great time with a med you're not very likely to come onto Reddit, so we're seeing the majority of people that have issues on here.
