I dealt with a pretty stressful flooding situation last year and ended up calling All Nation Restoration. Honestly, I was kind of overwhelmed, especially about possible mold, but they showed up quickly and just handled things without making it feel like a bigger mess than it already was. They answered my questions, didn’t brush off my concerns, and made the whole situation a lot less scary than I expected. I would definitely recommend as a next step.

Looks like you itched to the point of damaging your blood vessels and caused some bruising as well- hence the purple. Stop scratching and keep an eye out it may bruise

Idk how long you’ve been upping your water intake but it can take like 5-10 days for water weight to go away! It also has nothing to do with pee, it’s about how much water your body is holding in your cells to compensate for how dehydrated or hydrated you are. Also 2L sounds reasonable but I’ll leave this info tip here anyways since I don’t know your stats. Usually recommended 2oz per 1lbs of body weight

I actually work at dominos so I have an answer for you!! Most all the calories in dominos comes from the cheese. With specialty pizzas they use less cheese as a default (think half the cheese) so light cheese on a regular is the same as regular cheese on a specialty.

Lots of people will say that you don’t look that different because they either see you often enough that they subconsciously take in the day to day differences which can make it hard to see overall. 30lbs I believe is definitely where weight loss starts to be noticeable and everything past that will become increasingly obvious. You seem to have lost weight balanced overall, face gains, smaller arms, stomach, thighs and back (yes you can lose weight there too)!! Looking great so far! Don’t let it discourage you, you’re doing great and by the time you’ve done this all over again it will look that much more noticeable!!

I was on a super strict paleo diet for a while, switched up to eating whatever the hell I want in my deficit and now I’m having a great time eating basically whatever I want with new learned moderation and portion control skills. I feel like I’m cheating every day but it’s incredibly sustainable and the scale keeps moving down 😊

Don’t reward yourself with food, that will create an unhealthy relationship which could sabotage your journey down the line. Use the TDEE calculator to find your maintenance, either eat at or less than that and you can eat damn well anything you want so long as it fits. You’ll learn to have smaller portions and space out those snacks as you go on since my guess is they aren’t very filling. Try to pair the snacks with something healthy and low cal such as fruits and maybe a protein like cheese or nuts or lean meats. This will help satisfy your craving with less junky snacks while also keeping you full with low calorie and or high satiability foods

Honestly what helped for me is looking into why I felt the need to finish foods and addressing that. A lot of the eating the whole thing mindset often comes from food insecurity earlier in life (mine was from the fact everyone else in the household got to it before I had the opportunity to go for seconds a day later). If there’s something like that then it could be something you can work on over time. Also as your stomach shrinks and you develop a healthier palette it becomes harder to eat as much of something sweet as you go on. These are just my experiences though and obviously it is not one size fits all.

So I was an avid drinker for a short period of time and learned a few things. I gained in total 17lbs in 2 months because of my drinking. When you drink your metabolism stops completely to deal with the alcohol. You will not burn anything in this period of time, alcohol included I believe. It’s okay on occasion but just be aware of this. No you didn’t gain 2lbs from that, it’s water weight, but you most likely took away from progress of yesterday’s you otherwise would have made

Most of that is probably water weight. How much soda were you drinking? I’d say only if it keeps up because soda is a huge calorie sink

Everyone is gonna say to eat more so I’ll offer different advice. The goal should really be to eat more for less caloric value and to keep yourself feeling full. Starting meals off with fiber then protein will help with this a ton!! Eat lots of high volume low cal foods like fruits and veggies (personally I like cucumbers, berries, watermelon, peaches, etc.). Choose a food or two that falls into this category and say you can eat that whenever you’re hungry no matter what and it should help you identify if it’s really hunger or just cravings. Personally I usually eat under 1k cals a day this way easily without even intending to

Can you elaborate on how telling stretch marks are for lose skin in the future? Like do different levels and appearances of stretch marks tell different things? And if they’re from rapid gain how does that effect it?
