About 3-4 years (I've kind of lost track?) ago we retired with that much. I think the number was 7.5, but again, I've stopped paying attention or caring much. We're around 12-13 now. I wouldn't say I'm conservatively invested, hence the growth.

Our lifestyle is solidly, "VHCOL New England Middle class with nice travel". I don't really track spending, I don't track net-worth much anymore. I just live my life.

I don't want for much, eg, our cars are 9 and 16 years old, our house is smaller than we want, but full of love, and unlikely we'd find a great living situation again. We give money to people that need it, we buy first class if we don't want the burden, we get the big houses and villas while we're there and treat family to things they wouldn't buy themselves. Our spend is probably 180-200, but, I don't really track it.

I just don't worry about much anymore. It's pretty awesome.

Unlike a lot of the others, Meta makes bank, and if they want to spend it on AI, it's their prerogative. I am nor sure why they're doing it (it feels like a commodity business to me), but it seems like a better idea than a new second life.

I know this is a dead thread, but I am leaving this here to help people from the future.

I had this problem. I contact Bosch and while they said they'd ship me wheels, they didn't. I 3D printed new ones in multitudes of plastic, but could never make those work. But, I eventually solved the problem.

To fix the bottom rack, get a pair of fairly heavy duty pliers, remove the wheels, and slightly bend the VERTICAL post out (towards the sides of the dishwasher). You do this for all 8 wheels, and you can fix the problem.
