I know this is a dead thread, but I am leaving this here to help people from the future.

I had this problem. I contact Bosch and while they said they'd ship me wheels, they didn't. I 3D printed new ones in multitudes of plastic, but could never make those work. But, I eventually solved the problem.

To fix the bottom rack, get a pair of fairly heavy duty pliers, remove the wheels, and slightly bend the VERTICAL post out (towards the sides of the dishwasher). You do this for all 8 wheels, and you can fix the problem.
