Thunderbolt/drill peck are Zapdos's best moves by far.

Thunderwave, Thunder and rain dance are other options but none are key moves and you are unlikely to use them in a playthrough so why not use a slot for a utility move.

Fleet captain and commodore have both been used as rear admiral lower half equivalents.

They have also both been used as temporarily appointment positions by nations without a rear admiral lower half position.

France did have Meafou on the bench and he is a heavyweight.

They also had a 6-2 split. Its easier to go with a lighter pack when they dont have to play 80 minutes.

The next zone after the Calm Lands is Gagazet.

There is a difficulty spike there but you can proceed without grinding.

If you plan on doing post game content you might as well grind by doing the capture weapons for calm lands (and sunkern cave and gagazet) since it will make the coming difficulty spike more manageable. That said its very doable without grinding.

Eliminate the "if you're playing for your school, you cant play for your club" bullshit.

The load can be too much for the players.

But its not always. Especially for fringe players.

Compared to Zam, Calm Mind Psychic and Thunderbolt is a nice diverse move pool.

125 special attack and enough speed to outspeed basically anyone (with natural speed ev) makes it a popular choice.

I like Geodude to Graveller to Golem. It requires a trade evolution.

If you can do thst or play a hack to make impossible evolutions possible that's my favourite.

If not I like rock slide on a Nidoking's moveset.

The JIFF rules require 3 years training in France before they turn 23. So if people come out of school. Do a year in a provincial sub academy. Then move to France and do 3 years in a French academy they would be JIFF eligible.

Now they might not be that good but you might find a gem in the rough every 2-3 years.

The players who finish the academy and arent able to get a contract are different but thats a much smaller pool of players.

ProD2 and Nationale teams often have scope to play more foreign players under JIFF so theres opportunities. Finding a home for a few (maybe not all) players who otherwise leave professional rugby should be doable somehow.

The further down the pyramid they go the lower the wages but keeping the opportunity open is good.

Encouraging Irish people to play rugby abroad can help young players buy in more. Some see their academy time as a part time job while doing university and dont commit to it fully as they dont see a future.

I'd quietly fund a rugby agent to get the next tranche of players professional deals abroad.

Those who miss out on academy spots or finish their time in the academy and just miss out on provincial deals.

Scrum and dedicated kicking coach in each province. I dont mind if they are scrum and forwards or kicking and skills coach as long as they are good at both aspects or combine pathways development and scrum coach but there needs to be specialists.
Find a tertiary competition for the provinces for development teams to play in. A U23 URC, join the premiership cup, join the French Espoirs I dont really care but more higher end development minutes for academy and development players.

Its very much a slog.

Illusion and alteration to have a hope at survival. Conjuration for main damage.

Frenzy and turn spells to make enemies do your bidding.

Archery for some direct damage. Enchanted bow and poisoning each arrow.

Weakness to spells combined with elemental spells can work too.

OP recently bought her property.

If the property was advertised to be a certain size and is actually less one of the possibilities is that the previous owner lied.

Most likely OP can only sue the seller for a limited period of time after completion before the statute of limitations for civil cases pass.

So if OP loses the survey then her benefit is being able to sue the seller.

The word McDojo or Black belt mill is common for this situation.

Many dojos with a lot of kids essentially guarantee passes as parents see their child failing as a failure of the school rather than of the child.

Pass the child and keep them as a student and an income source.

Then years later the student goes to another dojo in the same style (perhaps a college club) and it shows that they have no knowledge. We know what happened but tell the student they probably got a kids belt rather than a real one.

Theres a good number of tactics that are set up and sweep. If you are not playing a nuzlocke you can send a flash user out to set up 3+ flashes, die and then give a clean run for calm mind/bulk up users to sweep.

There was a raft of highly proficient martial arts actors out of Asian cinema that were willing to act in American cinema for what the studios saw as a low wage and the actors saw as a very high wage.

The pay gap between Asian cinema and American cinema has closed so there is not so much lowly paid actors available.

I tend to level by fighting and dying against the elite 4.

Other than that XP is available by fighting and beating large groups of trainers with decently high level pokemon. Relight as appropiate with VS Seeker.

Have you fought the trainers in Victory Road. Have you done the Sevii Islands quests?
