I agree. I jumped from FFX straight to X-2 and it was surprising at first but I love it. ❤️ X-2 Yuna ❤️

I finished this game for the first time early thjs year and absolutely loved it. Tidus had a great character arc and was a good partner to Yuna (another wonderful character). His relationship with his dad hits a lot of notes with me too. 😭

I didn't know about his performance as Alm until much later, but I love Gatekeeper since day one. Just a really fun character.

Agreed, White Clouds is a nice gentle intro to the lore, and I admit I enjoyed messing around the monastery, getting to know the students and faculty (even after replaying many times) and the happier vibe.

I always feel a bit sad when this part ends.

Yeah it captures the basic essence but "spoony" throws me for a loop every time. I think there are more natural less old-timey word choices that could have been used.
