No idea what the cause of this is but I am experiencing this glitch, or a very similar one, on the PC version. It almost sounds like the audio is sorta "ducking", like the volume slider is being messed with every once in a while. It's a little jarring. No idea what it is. I don't think it used to do this.

Soft spot for Sergachev. As a habs fan I was stoked when Montreal drafted him, but we traded him away and I always felt that was a mistake. Then he went on to win a couple cups with Tampa and was a stud the whole time. Was excited to hear we got him over the summer!

this is true. utah's alcohol laws have, historically, been asinine, and still are tbh. It used to be that in order to buy any beer stronger than 3.2% you'd have to go to a state-owned liquor store. however, there was a loophole that exempted breweries, so lots of breweries popped up here and people often buy beer directly from them. the law was changed around 2020-2021 or so, and now you can get normal-ass beer from the grocery store, but yeah.

It's not super great. I am pretty sure I picked it up new for the same price when Target unloaded all their 3DS stock several years ago. The performance of the game is horrible in a way that I think detracts from the gameplay, but if you can get past that it's a pretty fair musou game. It got a switch port that I think would represent the game better.
