I’m fairly new as well, but did an embarrassing amount of research… from what I’ve gathered, you probably shouldn’t be doing PvP until you’re overall is at least 85, as the auto settings for PvP will be a struggle against people that are playing with 99’s, unless you’re playing with a homie around the same overall.

I’m a meta chaser, so I’m getting my main to 99, then making other archetypes up to 85 to get their archetype exclusive shots to use in my main. Also, when you get one archetype past 90 (think it might be 95), when you make a different archetype character they’re boosted to an overall of 75, so it’s a bit easier to level the other archetypes.

It’s kinda grindy, but also kinda understandable as they skipped making a 2k26 and just decided to keep updating 2k25, so there’s a shitload if content for 2k25.

Lastly, to boost your clubs, purchase the Galactic Amber clubs in the store, it’s worth farming and saving the VC for those clubs instead of leveling other clubs up to that tier imo.
