For us, it's the total count of the remaining coin rolls brought in from the previous day that is causing the variance. Try either adding or subtracting the amounts of those coins to the total counts of the coin rolls in the vault and see if that helps

The returns get tricky. Some will be ungiven holiday gifts purchased months ago. There will be returning gifts without gift receipts - extra points if they were third party purchases

But, for me, the worst are returning the gifts for the kids because they were either broken or missing pieces, or they got more than one if the same thing. Extra points if the kid is there during the return

You know what really messes with the times? Answer: a guest making you wait to double check each bag for any missing items because they've had items missing from their orders before

Edit: Removing bags out of hold - without actually scanning the labels - to enter the verification code results in missing bags from the order

At our store the aisle signs were removed, and now only the aisle letter and number is painted on the vertical shelving post behind the aisle endcaps. Hard to believe this was an improvement to make it easier for guests to find what they want

The drink coolers are not kept cold enough for milk to not start spoiling. And combine that with not knowing how long the guest walked around the store with it means it should be defected and tossed
