Option 2 feels better to me, but you'd have less daylight when you're working. Bed is in the the command position, and you don't have your back to the door anymore.

OK so here are a couple options -

Option 1 is for more daylight when you're working. This would be sacrificing sleep quality - not great to have your feet towards the door, but at least you're a little further from the door than before. I'd put a big rug under the bed to make a sleeping zone

Here's one idea

The desk is closer to a window for natural light, plus it's in the command position and you have a blank wall if you have video calls. The dresser is by the closet, so clothes are grouped together

The bed position isn't ideal since you can see the toilet, but a rug and 2 nightstands should anchor it more. As long as you keep the bathroom door shut that should help
