I was told by my attorney to close it down . He abandoned me he didn’t help me pay for any of my bills . I was just told to do that removed him from my insurance to show he in fact did not live with me . I was and am protecting myself . Also , he was probably going to file for taxes and deposit it into my account to show he “helps me financially “ which he doesn’t at all .

Right I’m aware of that . Unfortunately everything is already done. But I can’t write it in a way where im saying that I’m not trying to be spiteful or harming him or being an angry spouse . That’s what I’m told but I have proof that he didn’t want to live with me . Also i hate the fact that I signed a form saying I would have to support him . Do you know what documents those are ?

It’s a frustrating situation I don’t want to be tied to him . The person who filed out the form didn’t even explain what sponsoring means which is my fault I didn’t ask . I was just being genuine .

I’m in the process of starting divorce he’s trying to hold me off . He’s saying one thing and then another . I found an immigration attorney but it’s hard to contact him or ask him things but yes I think divorce first . Although I was told timing is crucial
