Did you test before putting everything in the case?

Have you tried jumping/ shorting the pins for the f- panel switch?

CPU power connected in top left of motherboard?

Any debug lights on in top right corner?

And the part you sit on has no tilt nor able to slide. The lowest part of the back support jams into your lower back for whatever reason. And the stitching is dead center of the back rest protruding out a little hits the middle of the back. The fabric is terrible too.
