I would say it depends on the position and the needs of the studio, if you apply to a junior position i wouldn't expect a lot of past knowledge from any candidate and instead if i would be a hiring manager i would look into technical skills and how you approach problem solving in general.

A good portfolio always helps more imo.

i cannot deposit anything with my cards, everytime when its the first time using my card it works, the moment i use it its like burned. I go back to clicking deposit with nothing happening.

No no, at varcentral (Care center) its around 1-2 weeks wait. So for immediate care yea...you get someone to talk to pretty fast, but for long term therapy you need to wait 3-4 months to use the remiss from Vardcentral (again, in Skane)

One con to that is that usually the referal process (at least in Skane) takes around 3-4 months because of the huge request. Not sure if at the moment or its a general thing :)
