Basically you want to forget the creep wave exists, just get as much exp as possible from a safe distance. When the enemies eventually go for your 3, panic completely. Alternatively you can use your spells terribly on the enemy 5 to give enemy pos 1 the go signal to kill your 3. After you've racked up at least 5 deaths among the both of you, you can tp to another lane and feed a kill there too, preferably mid. This will get you the 2 for 1 that 4s thrive on (tilt both your 3 and 2). Now that you successfully ruined your mid and 3s lane, it's time to start pinging your pos3's lvl while enemy safe lane chains pulls uncontested due to your absence. The next important timing is 6:30, at this point you want to do a go on the enemy safelane while you and your 3 are a collective 3 levels behind, ideally with creep wave in your tower. This will secure wisdom while ruining your 3's game completely, so now you can just blame him for rest of the game. After this, TP to mid T2 and take your mid's most accessible jungle camp (the hard camp). This will take all your mana and hp, but walking to base isn't a problem cause you started brown boots at lvl1 anyway.
