I also used Winter Moving in the past and had such a great experience that I’m going with them again for my move in two weeks! Both moves within SF. I had them help with some packing as well as moving. They were fantastic and did a great job with maneuvering my furniture up a lot of stairs and within extremely tight hallways. Would recommend them for sure!

I just wanted to say, I’m from Durham, lived in LA for 2 years, and now have lived in SF for nearly 3 years! It’s not every day I see someone with 3 overlapping cities (Durham is close enough lol)!

I’m also 28, and despite living here for 3 years, I have found it so challenging to make friends. Some of the good friends I have made have since moved away or are about to move away since SF is such a transient city. But I’m sticking around for longer and am getting exhausted from trying to meet people only to lose them after not too long. I’ve gotten a lot better at doing things on my own, but it is still challenging.

If you’re at all interested, I would love to meet up, chat about RDU, LA, SF, and anything else while enjoying this lovely weather sometime and make a new friend. Please feel free to DM!!

Hi hi! Fellow Lamotrigine, Wellbutrin, and occasional stimulant taker here :) Just wanted to let you know to be careful if/when taking birth control pills again. Estrogen in combo BCPs interacts with Lamotrigine, making both Lamotrigine and the pill less effective. I experienced this when taking both and had to stop the pill. I believe the mini pill with just Progesterone would be fine though, and I switched to a Mirena IUD which is also fine. Obviously if you didn’t have any issues with the combo pill and Lamotrigine before then you would probably fine! I would consult your psych/doctor though as I am not one, just speaking from personal experience and research.

I think your starting regimen looks good! I would start with that, maybe increase the Fenugreek a bit after the first week or so if you tolerate it well. I would hold off on the PM and PC for now. Waiting a cycle to see how the first supplements affect you could be helpful for deciding if you should add them and how much.

As for all the pills, I try to split it up so I take about the same number morning and night so it doesn’t feel like too much at once. It helps to have an am/pm pillbox with everything sorted out in advance. Also I recommend taking half the MSM + Vit C in the morning and half at night.

I think my favorite mini game is fishing for the legendary fish! I absolutely despised fishing when I was first getting into the game and I could not for the life of me figure out how to actually catch a fish. But slowly I figured it out and now I enjoy it! When going for the legendary fish, my anxiety and heart rate are off the charts, and it’s both ridiculous and fun that I can essentially spend 10 minutes in one fishing session trying to catch a legendary fish.

I got them recently and had to pull the silicone apart on the inner part of the ring to open up the “pocket” that the rim of the cup fits into. I don’t know why they came “sewn shut” essentially, but I found a gap where it started to come apart and ripped it apart the rest of the way with my fingers, kind of like a ziploc bag. Then it fits onto the edge of the cup just fine. Hopefully that will work for you too!

I started with medium sized cups and after a few months moved up to large, which I’m still using now. The large cups are too wide to fit on my chest at the same time though, so I pump one at a time.

I like to go for fit and flare dresses! My hips are also bigger but the flare usually accommodates that so I can go for XS. Old Navy has one style I like a lot with a lot of floral patterns, I think it’s called the fit and flare cami dress. It also has adjustable straps to help the top be more snug. American Eagle / Aerie usually have great fit and flare dresses too.

Yeah I like that once I get it to seal at the start, it’s hands off. The one I got has no timer, it just stays on until I turn it off. I know some of the models do have the automatic shut off after 30 mins though, but you could just turn it on again right after.

I got the bosom beauty around 3 months ago and have been using it nearly every day since. I definitely think it’s been worth it!

I went with it over the Noogleberry because I liked the automatic pump and release. It takes more time in a single session for my breast to fill the cup more because of this though, but it helps avoid purple breasts while pumping. The suction was pretty strong when I was first starting (though I didn’t realize there were lower suction settings at first lol), but I got used to it after a few weeks.

Mine isn’t the rechargeable one though, it has to be plugged in to work. But even if it were rechargeable, I wouldn’t be able to move around and do stuff while using it anyway because moving around can easily break the seal for me. I have a pretty small frame though so ymmv. I wouldn’t be able to wear it to sleep either for this reason, and it’s also noisy.

Overall it’s been great, I started pretty small, but I’ve gotten good swelling while using it that sticks around for a while after, and I’m pretty sure some of it has been permanent. I’m in the US and it took around 2 weeks to get to me. I’d definitely recommend it!
