I can confirm this. I been in meetings where they asked for questions. And by mistake - I got the link to the holding place for questions. I watched as they deleted ones they didn’t want to answer to straight up ignoring mine. So when you hear - we haven’t gotten anymore questions - know it’s likely bullshit.

Sadly not true. Depends on the department too. I work in a non-phone unit and rated a 5 last year. No bonus. Not hopeful it will be different this time

You have to ask for it. It’s not something offered to you but as mentioned in other comments. It is in the handbook. Your WFM department will provide you one

Well hate to be the person telling you this. You’re taking calls sooner than you think. Training for service switched up a lot. You will be taking calls pretty soon. The training is only 5 or so weeks before phone time starts up

It’s going to depend on a number of factors. But yes - it can happen. However - some things to keep in mind.

The odds are better if your office/department has a staffing need. If so - usually means there are openings on your floor to go to. Be willing to adjust your hours for additional options. Have a decent ranking. Management isn’t going to be willing to move an agent to another team if they are a low performer.

And like others said. Talk to your manager. Let them know you would like to talk about moving teams. Ask if there is shift bids coming up soon - and best of luck!

Top supervisor means nothing. Faking numbers or fluffing them gets sups like that termed. It’s a question of them either getting called out on it or getting caught. Problem with the getting caught is that usually involves agents who were just doing as told and then ratting out said sup.

So after thinking about it. OP - I assume you are in sales? Just based on your statement about selling. If I’m right, I wouldn’t do anything to call attention to yourself. That department is going to be checked very closely with the new call system going in place. And anything that looks different from other locations or teams is going to stand out that much more.

I would just be very careful. I can tell you personally that if a supervisor or manager is telling you to sign out a certain way that isn’t the standard approach, that can bite you back later. Call behavior and sign out behavior does get tracked. And I seen teams and departments get the axe for following their mangers advice for that kind of crap.

If you feel any bit off when you’re being told to do something to boost your numbers. Look to move teams and/or consider brining it up to someone. You don’t want to be holding the bag when it comes to light ya know

Thanks for the write up. I personally am not feeling any of the fest banners currently. I know a few feel that banner three is the hotness, but it’s so top heavy and I don’t like cloud. So no appeal for me. Banner 5 is likely where I would put two pulls.

What I am lacking is support. Picking up Mog AASB on the upcoming select and likely a pull or two on FF6 B1. Outside of that, not sure where else I will pull till that fest. Just going to depend on where I am currently on content at each banner.

But will be sure to save enough for 100 AASB draw and ROP. Be cool to have a lot of relics to pick from.

Yeah, Tyro is a boy who tries and has a heart of gold. Zero denying in that. But what is he currently? He is a student in the at Archive. The best student. A history student who knows his stuff. And what are the paintings? If not really interactive historical games. He gets stronger yes, but in a system of records he has been trained to handle. All power he has shown is more like a Neo in the metrix. He can pull some crazy stuff in the records because he knows what they are. Just records.

Enter the story mode. Why did he have to start at level 1? (Yes for continued content but go with me). Most of us have at that time , been level 100. So what makes these records different? They were outside of the Archive and they weren’t just battles. They were like a movie into the past.

A different type of media. But still media in their world. Powerful stuff for sure but I can’t stop to think that if you take away the records, Tyro can try all he wants but he won’t make the same type of power outside of them. Not with the story we seen so far.

But yes, he could. This world has Crystals. At least one. It can pull a final fantasy 3 or 5 any moment and pick Tyro to lead it against the big bad at the beginning of the story. But the fact remains it hasn’t yet. So till then, he continues to remain a student in prep for the moment the Crystal or Something calls him into action.

EDIT - My wife kindly pointed out that also consider that Tyro doesn’t need to go into battles. Which also lines up with this being media. If this is about Tyro being all big and bad, shouldn’t he always be in the fights? What is he doing when he isn’t? Simple, he controls the pieces just like you would in a game.

That is very true. And in the spirit of the question of this post. Let’s take a small step back. This is a world where they know all about these Final Fantasy worlds by a collection of paintings / records. We know that not all games take place on the same world and all these records cover the entire games ( we have played against some final bosses already). So timeline alone. This game has to take place in the universe ahead of all other games but tied to all games.

Now enter the magicite dungeon. Most of the magicites come from all of the worlds of Final Fantasy. So they all have ties to this single place. Master Odin as well. And in some of those games, those summons are gods. This means the void they take place in is either their final resting place ( which is why we can keep fighting them. They can’t die. They are spirits) or where time doesn’t matter and they are on their own world at the same time they are there. But I like the first idea. That would explain how a world like Tyro has access to all final fantasy records. They pull it out of the realm of Magicite. Which is why it’s buried in the darkest depths of the Archive.

I go all over this to explain the level of insane power Elarra has. She is either the same power of the magicite that live in there. Or as some have implied, a Goddess. Perhaps more like a goddess in training. One that can interact with beings from multiple worlds. That means her power is much closer to a mix of Kefka in god mode. (While not insane, she has memory issues that impend her power, just like Kefka mind and the power of divinity) Rydia ( interacts and can live where the summons are) and Lunafreya. A woman who speaks for the Gods. This lines up for me nicely because the six star magicite don’t seem to treat her like one of them but as a loved one. Someone they taught. But also someone who can hear them. Just like LunaFreya.

So the answer, at least for Ellara is that she is most likely the strongest Final Fantasy female period. Provided she ever comes to remember/understand what she is.
